This Regency townhouse in the heart of Royal Leamington Spa had been subdivided into multiple flats, losing much of its original character in the process.

We saw an opportunity to restore the property to what it was always meant to be — a striking single-family home befitting its Regency heritage.

This terraced property had deteriorated beyond the point of viable renovation. Rather than attempt a superficial refurbishment, we took the decision to demolish and rebuild — delivering a home that meets modern standards from the foundations up.

Working closely with the local planning authority, we secured permission for a large extension to deliver a scheme of seven units — repurposing an underused community asset into new homes.
